Solid background to mixing when using an older format mixer - not too bad at all.

going from a Mackie 1604vlz to a Classic 8 is a tad overwhelming and the video sorted out the right side of the mixer quite well. now that i have the structure of the mixer sorted, i can get down to the business of having some fun with the board. thank you for the fine video.

I have this mixer's little brother (Gold version)with the manuals and have had some success in getting some good recordings, but many mysteries persist. This fine video has helped a lot in my understanding of the basics of use and getting beyond the trial and error process. Thanks, love to see more. The old flip-top lighter half way through was a nice touch.
