why not? ėts not unusual for dnb. you just need some very short drum sounds and very quick envelopes on your synth

Back in the day (well about three years ago) I frequently played trax in my live set that were 160-195bpm. However, the stuff generally sounded a bit slower/groovier because of the way the drums and bass were programed. Very jazzy-esque dnb....

Most Jungle breaks are up around 180, but MS is right, at that speed you can really get into the hip hop aspect of jungle. It's where tech step comes from. Breaking down those furious breaks and accentuating the kick snare rythm that sounds more like 90 BPM than 180...

Check out some of deisel boy's new sets, there all like 193BPM... FURIOUS!!!
