Does this happen to anyone else. You are recording a piece of audio onto a track in VST. You play the whole part perfectly on your instrument for 4 minutes and then when u stop recording it just hasn't recorded anything at all. Or sometimes it just sarcasticly says "Oh, your last recording was too short to use old boy!!!" It seems to be when the recording volume is very low because when I shout into the mic to test, it records every time. Is there anything else I can do to MAKE SURE that the god damn thing records???

if the track is armed, the locators are set properly, and the input is showing signal, theres no reason it shouldnt record.

always take a look at the locators! If theyre on top of each other or reversed it can cause bigtime problems
