You can get a top-of-the-heap, retail version of a 16x DVD+-/R/RW/Dual Layer/48X CD universal EVERYTHING for under $70 now. My burner has been on the fritz, or else I wouldn't have even known.
Half hour to burn a DVD my ass... time to get out of the stone age.
