I am having a strange problem with Logic 5.5.1. When I run it works fine but when I want to close it there is no chance to do it.
Completely blocks my PC and the only way to close it is restarting the machine.
Can anybody help me with this. Please I am getting crazy coz I don't know what to do.

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

in logic there are 2 audio-driver 'tabs' on the audio drivers panel. on tab-1, you can select the driver for 'PCAV'
on tab-2, you can add the driver into an 'asio' slot... use that one, and selec the asio terretec driver from the droip-down driver list.
did you set it that way?

i've installed logic 5.5 on my mac powerbook running OS 10.3.8.
when i try to launch the program, it appears to load as normal, but then the
message, "no valid platform authorization" appears. what on earth does this
mean???!?!?!?!?!?
i then click 'ok' (that's the only choice). it then shows the the authorzation
window, showing me that the program is authorized, which demos have expired
etc.
i then click ok and logic appears to load normally in the tool bar. but most of the
the drop-down menus are grey-ed out so i cant start a new song.
i bought the XSkey for logic 5.0 actually but the same prob happened with that
version. before this began i was able to launch it a few times.
please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
