i want to start recording just basic stuff on my computer, and i found the M-AUDIO AUDIO BUDDY.
i can't find anywhere if it's compatible with pro-tools.
can anyone help me out? id like to get started soon.

The audio buddy simply connects to your soundcard, and it's the soundcard itself that has to be compatible with M-powered
the Audio-Buddy simply gives you two channels of phantom-powered mic pre-amps and line inputs... shame they stopped making it actualy it was cheap and reliable
anyways, you need a compatible asio soundcard to go with M-Powered.. such as the delta audiophile 2496 which is their cheapest pci card - otherwise check the compatibility list:

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!
