We have a A&H GL3300, 24 input channel board. It has been working very well for 10 years. Today the PFL on the mono channels and the AFL on the groups stopped working. We hear the sound through the headset until the PFL is pressed for a mono input channel or the AFL on the groups. We've isolated as much as we can without success and still don't know why this happens. The headphones are fine, and tweaking hasn't helped yet.

Any help in getting this working again is appreciated!
