Any of you wankers running fxpansion's bfd? You reckon I'd be able to run it in Logic 5.5 on the PC. I only got 512 mb of ram. Can I install the samples on another drive other than my C system drive?

Maybe I'd be better of with Guru?

i'd go for more ram myself, nope you cant put it on C: drive

what's your PC spec... you can do stuff in BFD like drop the polyphony and drum layers

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

windows xp, 2.4 ghz, 512mb ram. so I can't put the program on my system drive and all the samples on my other local disc? also I think I'm gonna have to borrow an external dvd drive as i only have a cd/cdr drive and bfd comes on a dvd with 9 gig's worth of stuff. think that'll work ok via usb into my pc?

just buy one if you're paying out to rent. Bite the bullet, cos think of the backups you can do to dvd if u had one permenently

Yeah, runs great. Lovin these drum sounds. Although they do need a heavy dose of compression.
