I agree with some of the comments in this review however in a totally differing overall view. These are marketted as the replacements to the old headphones they made, however these are no where near as good. They may not suffer from bass hype but they certainly overplay the mids to the point where it just annoys you to pieces continuosly compensating for it. If you want a pair specifically to listen to the mids and use them in conjunction with some decent phones like beyers then they are ok. (and just ok). if you want a reasonable accurate sound reproduction to usitlise in line with monitors for mixing then look elsewhere. i have been a supporter of Red5 since they started and have some really good products, sadly i dont count this as one im afraid.
