I use the ProFire 610 along with ProTools 8.0.1. The 610 itself is a great unit with real quality mic preamps. No complaints as far as the unit goes. I just recently went back to Pro Tools 8.0 since my MIDI didn't work after the update to 8.0.1. The MIDI still worked in other programs like LOGIC, CUBASE, and NUENDO so its not the unit that had the error.
THIS THING SOUNDS WAY BETTER THAN MY OLD DIGI 001 RACK. WOW! GOOD JOB M-AUDIO/DIGIDESIGN ON THE PROFIRE 610. Now if we can just get this MIDI problem fixed in the update I will never have to use Logic again...lol
