Free vst plugin vocal sound synth made with synthedit
An iteresting one from Krakli Software - Note the bootom-left button with an 'A' next to it... You can select from A,E,I,O,U vowel sounds...

Polysynth concentrating on replicating vocal sounds. Has a variable auto bend at the start of each note to give an extra 'human' quality to the voice.
