The SQD-1 is an easy to use sequencer with 15,000 note capacity. The storage medium is a special 2.8" disk drive that can store up to 30,000 notes per disk. Operation is like a two track recorder, with a "ping pong" technique for bouncing the second track to the first. Step time recording is also available, punch in/out, copy & more.
This was the machine of choice for Derrik May, who had two of them around the studio......disks are hard to get, but you can dump stuff to your PC or Atari for storage, and take your current set around on a small supply of disks.....
