it's not there
The Roland JP-8080 released in 1998 was the rack version of the big selling JP-8000, but with increased polyphony & the ability to synthesise external audio sources including vocoder style synthesis. This synth was the bringer of the Super-Saw multi-Oscillator sound which created the big ubiquitous trance lead sound of the late 90 and early 2000's.
The JP-8080 6U rack keeps the same features as the original synth but ups the Polyphony to 10 notes & adds a Mic & Line external input so incoming audio can be processed through the synthesis section or the additional Voice Modulator section which comprises a Formant Filter, Filter Bank and 'Vocal Morph' control to create Vocoder & 'Robot voice' style sounds as well as assign vocal control to parameters of the synth.
Additionally the Jp-8080 added Smart Card storage & pretty much doubled the factory patch & performance presets count although the user storage
Roland sold truck loads of these and they can be found on Ebay for around £1000 to £1500 GBP
