Basicaly then one buys a Duende Mini, then one has the choice to expand the number of channels (you can also buy the Duende-Mini unit already expanded). Duende Mini goes up to 128 mono channels, and can be configured as follows with upgrades:
- Standard: 16 mono (8-stereo) plug-ins at 44.1/48kHz
- Expanded: 32 mono (16-stereo) plug-ins at 44.1/48kHz

The standard Duende Mini ships with 16 channel capability. The Duende Mini DSP Upgrade increases the channel count (number of plug-in slots available) of your Duende Mini from 16 to 32.
Duende V3 64 Channel Upgrade - £69.00
The new Hybrid Core Processing Engine implemented with the release of Duende V3 software makes higher channel counts possible. This upgrade expands the channel count of your Duende Mini or PCIe from 32 to 64.
Duende V3 128 Channel Upgrade - £129.00
The new Hybrid Core Processing Engine implemented with the release of Duende V3 software makes higher channel counts possible. This upgrade expands the channel count of your Duende Mini or PCIe from 32 to 128.
You can then add the various SSL plugins to the Duende Mini system (bus comp, x-eq, x-comp, drum-strip & eq-strip- You can buy bundles:
- The studio bundle: which includes the x-comp, x-eq, drum & vocal strips & the bus compressor.
- The musicians bundle: which includes the drum & vocal strips & the bus compressor.
