well it finaly happened... I now have only one person I know who has a normal phone apart from me mum - everyone else now has only a mobile - so now I cant phone anyone cos it costs 50 pence a ing minute!!!!!!!!

I don't have a mobile and I will never buy one.I don't understand why people want to be contacted at all times in any place.I can understand how people working in remote places might find them handy but I know people who spend hours of their day typing in and reading sms messages to and from all and sundry.They'd rather type a small novel on those fiddly little buttons than use the thing for its original purpose fucking nutjobs!

yeah but in london everyone has a bloody mobile & so many people have t-mobile cos the calls are free to each other & voicemail retreival is free... I'll have to get one this week just to be compatible with most of my mates at this rate!
