Hi guys, found this when I was out surfing for info on creating ringtones for my mobile.
Anyway, my phone, samsung a-800, has a built in fm-synth which is licensed from yamaha. On yamaha's developers' page, Dave Bristow, one of the guys behind the dx7 offers a nice tutorial on creating fm-sounds. Even though it's from a ringtone perspective it's really good!
Actually it's the first time I've got an intuitive grasp on how fm works.
