If you like the concept of Fruity... don't forget to take a look at ORION as well..

They're rather similar...

Yeah, every pro use logic or cubase, isn't it? The rest are just morons.

geez wtf's up with the elitism? i don't even use fruity but i'm teaching myself real
quick so i can teach a workshop on it for a low income youth retreat.

Well, I feel all unprofessional now, perhaps I better show them all cubase. yeah, i
bet i can keep a dozen 15 y.o.'s attention for an hour just showing them drum
maps, the shitty internal audio editor, and how to automate envelopes. oh and then
tell them it's a $500 program. Riiiiiight.

Or I could load up fruity, show 'em how to step-in a sick hip-hop beat in less than
5 minutes, and have them freaking out over the fact that they can make pro quality
music with a cheap-ass, all-in-one, intuitive piece of s/w!

gotta start somewhere man...i still use acid to comp shit out. why spoil creativity
loading samples into a big 'ol bloated s/w sequencer when I can quickly get my
ideas down with a few clicks'n'drags?
