Can anyone tell me where I can get a Instrument definition ( .ins file) for the E-mu Planet Phatt cause I have looked all over the net for one. If there is one for the orbit, there must be one for the Planet Phatt.

what i mean is... why not get the Orbit file, and adapt it... yes....not the er, actual orbit unit..... sorry.

Well sure. Lets not take it to extremes eh! By the way, is it true that the discontinued M-DC1 has some of the same sounds as the JV-1080? (Whilst we were on the subject?!)

Sorry Will, but that was absolutely pathetic. You must be destroyed. I've been working at the Orbit file and it's going to take ages, especially as it's for a V1 Orbit with only 4 banks as opposed to the Phatt's (and Orbit V2's) 5......Ho hum, see you at christmas. Why don't E-mu do it for me (us)? I would have thought it was one of the more obvious software supports. Love Olly (the real Olly, not Olly from Will's house)

PS The M-DC1 is a cool module with a lot of sounds from the JV-1080 ; However, the sounds aren't actually that fantastic (they're OK) and the unit isn't amazingly programmable (so I've heard) Actually I was going to get it until I was lured towards the 'Phatt.
Oh, and one other thing - guess who my dad had in his flight deck the other day.....I'll tell you on Sunday
