Hey- its me-

I have a question for you cubase users. I am running Cubase SL with Reason 2.5 and am trying to record my hardware synths.

What I have: (2496 2x2 Audiophile Soundcard)

Reason ReWired into cubase.

I have everything hooked up correctly and have an audio track (IN 1+2). When I play my nova on a midi track, the audio track IN 1+2 reads and shows me signal that it is recieving audio, yet it is not getting sent to the master outputs.

Now here is what I think might be the problem...

Is it because Reason is currently using IN 1+2 through re-wire and I need more inputs to be able to monitor/record my hardware synths? Or am I over looking a function in cubase regarding ReWire/recording?

Thanks alot-

Andrew

Hmm...I find it easy just to do automation in Reason, then sync the two, but........... new problems arise

1) Since I can now record shit from my hardware, I recorded a few parts. The audio sounds in Cubase, but does not in the Mixdown...

2) When using automation in reason, it sounds in Cubase, but not in mixdown as well....

Something I can do here?
