I don't have much experience with samplers. Is triggering samples at different points
of the sample a common attribute of all samplers?? Can the akai S series do that, also
the Mpc2000, and the Asr-x (I seriously thinking of getting the X). In a program called Drumstation or Digital Thunder by D-lusion one can loop a sample at different points
by inputting numbers like 1,2,3,4 and up to 8. Are these numbers telling the program something about how many measures the loop is or something... anyway you hear a different part of the loop every time the sequence hits a different number and its cool. Can samplers do something like that, do it better perhaps??
