If you use Koan Pro to write dance music (or any kind of music), are you a "composer," or something less? What?

ha ha...... i loaded koan and it totally fucked my midi protocol/note numbers etc on my system... when i asked the so called company... they juat said... It doesnt do that..... i said ...well it does.. and it has..... and they said basically ...tought shit..... so i say ...welll you can guess what i say.....
