There are also so many other people around London playing gigs or working in studios for virtually nothing.... why is this business so fukkked up?
I want some cash NOW!!!
Fortunately, I don't work in this business, I just mess with it.

I have often noticed that when people are using difficult words, it is often because they don't know enough about what they're talking about to say it in simple words. People using difficult words to say simple things make me suspicious, and I'll usually take whatever chance I get to make them look ridiculous in front of themselves.

and as far as whether i know what i'm talking about, that's my own business as well been as i've only got one life to live and as such nothing to make a fair comparison with.
relevant to the misapplied terminology in question, i certainly do believe that it is necessary to have some integrity in the cognizance of your motivation for creating music to sustain a degree of success at it, unless you are engineered by external forces to do so, either wilful or accidental.
yes i make mistakes and yes i can be rather tiresome in the extent at which i choose to reveal my shortcomings but no i certainly do not need to feel ridiculed because of it. as far as i see it, my will to degrade myself is just sad, but the will to degrade others is a cause of pain in this world which we must share.
sometimes people simply learn something which is not correct in terms of the greater reference point. i am actually aware of the source that reinforced my impression that 'emulate' meant something similar to 'emit.' well what a silly bunt i am then. language is a beautiful tool and when given the liberty, i choose to make it musical. entrance the listener. entice them into taking pleasure in the very medium of exchange.
'millions of images that's what i need; i've got orgasms, i've got screaming' (w.s. burroughs) i am thankful that i have the opportunity to enjoy a wealth of sensory stimuli with as little persecution and suffering as possible PLEASE.
i said it and i meant it.
'PLEASE,' my good fellow, 'PLEASE...'

When I wrote that stuff, I had some sort of people in mind, the kind who'll do anything to make you believe them and make themselves look good, no matter if whatever it is they're saying is right or not.
Unfortunately I often have to work with that kind of people (too long to explain how and why, but it's a quite uncommon situation), so I've got a good reference point.

I resign today from my IT job. I realise that I'm gonna be skint for a bit but then its a small price to pay to free my time up to do music.
But then I can always fall back on my sweat houses in the east end, full of illegal immigrants who make my range of kiddies clothing.
