I swear to god I'm going to find out where some of these f**king losers live... Has anyone been having problems with their e-mail? Mostly outlook express? Everytime I connect to my mail server I get e-mail until my box is full, usually 50 or so with an attachment, and the e-mail says "see attachment for details". The wierd thing is the mail that is in my box is from everyone. 99devils, I got one from you. Somehow it appears to be websites that I have visited, not even people in my address book or that I have e-mailed previuosly. Just random websites and some are not even from websites I've visited. Norton tells me the attachments have a virus (which I would have never figured out) but my hard drive is clean, so am I just being targeted by an e-mail bomb system or something? F**king bastards......

Yeah, I'm getting hit with around 6 emails containing virusesesesus every week. Luckily, they don't affect my Mac.

They need to thrash the virus kiddies.

Its a worm called sobig.E or something, and it replicates via a tcp/ip port. Apparently it goes inactive from Sept 16th. www.symantec.com have a article about it.,

I get around 10-20 of these a day but win98 isn't affected.

Its not about announcing 'I' have a mac, its just 90% of the
time
they work just that lil bit better which makes them worth
the extra.
Its not 'oh look at me ive got a mac" its more "for god's
sake people these machines really do not suffer from a lot
of problems which pc's have" wanting more people to use
them and see the benefits of them is no bad thing.
