Yes it is. In fact its almost plug and play if you have an open USB connection. I think xp comes with a generic usb driver that will work, if not product comes with easy to load software and drivers. I bought a mk 361c and sent it back. Not a bad piece of kit for the money but I am happier with my edirol pcr-50. Better built in my opinion. They sell for $188.00 here in the states. I talked with a company rep, they seem like nice folk.
