hmmm.... I have to go down to see system solutions, the Uk tripledat creamware distributor and check it out... although i have to say when it comes to dance I prefer hardware mixers... that immeadiacy.... but for mixing conventional multitrack stuff.... yes

Hey Kilo... just click on the Pics
this isnīt just a Mixer

"Included" is a sampler (!), a virtual analogue synth with
3 OSCs, a modular synthesizer (!) and "of course" all our
"standard" effects we wonīt miss.

The virtual analog synth module remembers hardly to AXS

if it really works fine this could be a damn cool machine!

Maybe the best thing to start an so called homestudio.
All you need is an additional external Faderbox for your
"tweaking pleasure" (and for Kilo an external Mixing Desk
of course :-)

i heard that other Companies like Waldorf for example
will also develop some "Stuff" on this new DSP Platform..

very intresting... time will show if it rocks or not

Creamware has a new Office located in radio-telescope (!)
not far away from here...

i try to get a date where i can hear the Pulsar and
Scope stuff and, if this is really cool - i sell all
the equipment i have and change this into a big faderbox
(Doepfer or whatever) and thatīs it then...

no sampler, no synths, no fx, no 19" Racks - nothing but
a "nice" DSP Board, a Faderbox and a DAT Recorder

WHEW !

Can it be upgraded to a full-blown-out scope? Actually, what's the difference, anyway, and where do they justify the price of the scope in comparison?

I've heard very good things about Tripledat, absolutely the best user-interface and never crashes. Pulsar could be a great thing.

Scope has much more DSP-Power but you will be able
to use most Modules that run one Scope with Pulsar, too.

Scope is a more a Developer Platform and Pulsar the
"Music Maker" - Thing.

It seems i can get one of the Pulsar Boards for testing
purposes (thanx to my Waldorf connection :-)

Later more,

Holger
