kilo, would it be possible to set the default value for "Show topics in the last:" to 3 days instead of 30 days? That would speed up loading time quite nicely.

How about hitting "STOP" on your browser immediatly on entering the chat room, changing the dropdown menu to "3 days", and hitting "Refresh"
