found an old Moby review from 1993 - well, he was doing shows on... (ulp!)... dat backing, playing stuff live over the top.... kit: juno 106, jupiter 6, cz101, e-mu proformer, s1000, s950,mmt8, se-50 fx (!!) spx900, adat, 2 x panasonic dats (sv3700) soundcraft 48/8/2... feel better now !! ???..... last notes of the review: - "he's planning to get a computer"... !!! heh heh...

While sifting through some older (only a year) FM issues, I ran into the Moby article where he states:
"Isn't it pathetic I have this brand new Macintosh G3 and I'm still using my old 2CI,...My friends think I'm a retard. I bought the new version of Cubase VST for the G3 but I don't like the way it quantises. This old version from about 1993 on my 2CI has, like, these four different built-in shuffle parameters and it just feels livlier."

I felt better after reading that.

macintosh IIci. I had one once, ran mastertracks pro on it. 25 mhz if I remember right, held about 16 meg of ram and cost me about $2500 in 91 or 92.

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!
