Hey guys, Micro Q and Virus Rack will both release later this year. I am on a budget but want to use a VA. Which one do you think I should go for for the most features? (I like both Waldorf and Access sounds.) BTW, anybody knows what's wrong with the Waldorf site? It's not working.

Used Virus A. It's got knobs. I think it's got more voices, too.

Thanks nobody, I went to the old site, that's why.

Didn't find anything on the MicroQ there, but on
Waldorf list archives. It's really head to head to the Virus Rack.
Same list price, but more polyphony. I am leaning towards
the uQ because it has true VCO modelling as opposed to
the Virus' straight DSP oscs. The uQ won't have audio speed
LFOs or the Filter FM mode though. Hmm.

It's going to be a matter of taste. Q is warmer and a little fatter, Virus is harder, more cutting. I like the Virus over the Q personally, but it's a matter of taste. The Q is fucking good, and very versatile.

Waldorf Q Rack is fucking fantastic, mate! Don't know about Micro-Q, but it's probably just as warm and rich
