This guy who lives 2 hours away from me is looking to trade his Korg Z1 for a JP-8000.

Should I trade my JP-8000 for his Z1, then sell my Prophecy, then use that money to help finance a JP-8080 or MS2000R?

I love the JP-8000 to bits, nothing makes better trance pads, but maybe the Z1 can also do the job for me? Advice! Please!!!!!!!

I'm buying a Behringer Virtualizer tomorrow!!!!! I can't sleep!!!!! Insomnia!!!!!! I can't get no sleep!!!!!!!!

Man I want a Virtualizer too. My music shop blew me over when I was supposed to get one. "We're all out of Virtualizers" they said. "And we're not getting any new ones for quite a while". So I go to the next shop and order a Zoom 1201. Next day I go back the first shop and find a stack of Virtualizers, 20 or so!

Well, I bought the Virtualizer next week, and my Z1-JP-8000 deal is confirmed. This is the plan:

Trade my JP-8000 for a Z1, sell my Prophecy, buy MS2000R or keyboard version.

If anyone's interested in a Korg Prophecy Solo Synthesizer, let me know and it's yours when I get the Z1.

Price is $700.00 USD. Mint condition, fully functional, customized hard case, $120.00 USD memory card included, as well as Progenie (the software editor).

Is the prophecy negotiable?when you say customized case do you mean you built it yourself or is it ATA if so which class?

what the new price? i inquired about the craftsmanship of the case?Is that a ram card or is it the analog instrument card?

Firstly, $700.00 USD is not high considering what I'm including with the synth. Also consider that this is one of the most powerful synths ever made.

The case is basically a modified saxophone case (hard). Foam inside to protect the synth from roling around. It works well.

The memory card is RAM, therefore it's not one of those analogue cards, it's for backing up an extra bank of patches.
