New versions of OS for SNVII KBD, Rack & NovaII KBD's is online in the Downloads section of the Novation site.

NOTE:

Be sure to download the correct version for the unit you have!!!
I.E. Do not expect the NovaII KBD version to work in the Supernova Rack!!!!

NOTE:

These are only for the models listed SNVII KBD, Rack & NovaII KBD's, they will not work in older units.

WHAT IT DOES:

Serious improvement to the Phaser effect.

Serious improvement to the Ensemble effect.

Serious improvement to the Rotary Speaker effect.

New sound set that makes use of the new features.

Sorry this upgrade does not fix the Local Off/Arp bug. we will post a fix for this soon.

For instructions on what to do look in the troubleshooting part of your Manual and follow the instructions in "Upgrading the OS"

Any problems with these files let me know

hmmm, that's funny, I could have sworn thousands ORIGINAL Supernova and Nova users where awaiting an OS upgrade long before these new boxes.

Can we at least have a solid date?

how about a 3.1 without the B? I mean, no improvements or fixes or anything, just a slight change to 3.1-- so we can at least fool ourselves into thinking we've got a solid release.

Phil, your credibility isn't that great for you to try to pull that shit on us!
You have also said many times we would get our updated OS "SOON"!
As a Novation customer,
I DEMAND an explanation.
What is the official word on our OS?
If I don't get an answer here, I'll take it up with NovationUK, I work from home so I have all day to get on the phone and get an answer!If that doesn't work...
I've been trying to be patient, but this is ridiculous!

Hmmmmmmm,

I think this is a bit over the top.

If Novation didn't release new products
in what is a very competetive market they wouldn't survive and there would be no more OS updates.
Besides aside from implementing the special buttons I believe the nova/supernova are complete. Th new OS will come soon I am sure, in the mean time I am still getting more and more out of the Nova by experimenting rather than waiting for the OS to do it,
