So I'm quite happy with my SNII and I really turn the hell out of its knobs... I try to treat them as well as possible, not pulling on them or pushing down hard... But I want to know if I should worry? Are these things going to give? I guess I can get a separate controller but I don't really want to map out a separate knob box when everything is so nicely layed out right there.... Besides, if I didn't want to play with the actual machine, I would have gotten the rack...

Anyway... I assume the original nova/supernavas had similar knobs... Anyone manage to wreck one?

I say use them and be damned,
life is too short.

What next? a cubase mixermatch for masturbation so you don't wear out the equipment?

No seriously though tweak and enjoy, if it breaks you have an excuse to get a newer, bigger , badder synth.

PS. I love my Nova, keep up the good work Phil + rest of team
