First of all, you wont get anywhere with that attitude will you!?
Secondly, whilst i can understand your frustrations, you should really think yourself lucky when comparing the ugradability of your equipment to many other products on the market that have much poorer support services than novation. At least your product is software upgradable. Its just a matter of time, these things dont happen over night. Also take a minute to think about this...
If you were in the business of manufacturing and designing synths etc, having released one successful model, would you upon discovering new technology :
1)Forget the future, we gotta deal with the past and nothing else
2.)We have to move on, develop new technologies and offer our customers more
3.)Develop the new technology, whilst leaving a small team to deal with the support and development of old technololgy
I tend to think you would go for number 1 from what you have said. I rather think that Novation are more likely to go for something like number 3.
You cant seriously expect to them to concentrate more on old products and neglect the future. After all, they are in business are they not.
Give them time as I`m sure they are dealing with the upgrades as fast as they can sensibly manage.

Phill has stated before that the older machines will get 1 more upgrade after the new OS is released and they can figure out what is able to be ported over. I have a SNV1 and although I am not happy with the amount of time it has taken to get an OS update I would rather wait and get a really usefull update hopefully with some of the new features we have all been waiting for (new filters/osc models) than to have novation rush out a half assed version just to placate everyone who is demanding a new OS every 4 weeks. So far the SN2 doesn't really make me too jelous and I would rather wait for it to get the features that do before they figure out what to put into the older machines.
