HI! Own a Nova and experience a loud kracking noise when I switch the power on. Another krack follows after 2 seconds. This happens on headphones stuck in directly to the nova. Do other users have that problem to, or is my machine broken?

I dunno, it happens with a lot of equipment - either just leave the amp turned off b4 u power of the Nova or mute the channels the Novas plugged into. A couple of my synths and a sampler do it too, nothing 2 worry about methinks.

yes, dont have monitoring sources switched on/plugged in when powering UP.. like always turn ON your monitor-amp LAST at bootup, so just un-plug the cans before booting - (turn amp OFF first when powering down.. 'last-ON', 'first-OFF' is the rule
