I've been looking at some Alesis stuff...the nanoverb and microverbs...All I need is something that can do a stereo delay, which can be set to a certain tempo, and can be set to different time settings (like on the ER1). Other effects on the same processor are secondary, but would be nice. Anything under like $80 would be cool. Suggestions?

I heard that the Zoom stuff is
supposed to be pretty good for the
buck. They have this one unit that
even has a vocoder. Also if you can
score on a Alesis Wedge for around
100 - 125, snatch one up, they are
nice processors.

I really like the Behringer VIRTUALIZER.
It's clean, it's decent and it's silver!

Which of these (if any) can be set to execute its effect at a desired tempo?

You would need an effects processor that has MIDI. With MIDI you can sync the delay, flanger and other effects.
