Check out where your programs are storing temporary audio files.. If you've got your disk partitioned into C and D intending to store audio on D and just leaving a small OS partition on C, it could be that your programs are using temporary space on C, and not on D. Thus running C out of space.

Just a guess since you didn't really include enough information ;)

What kind of software are you running, and what's your drive setup look like?

bster, is this the system you got from dv?

when you click on my computer, does it show two hard drives? if so then craig could be right, thing is if all you've got on it is cubase, they would have given you enough room on the partition i think.

what's the size of the audio you're trying to reverse? are you recording 24/96 stereo massive takes?

In windows... right click on the My Computer icon, choose: 'Properties' / virtual memory - you can see your C: drive selected as the scratch disk.. it needs spare space on it to work properly, however i've a niggling feeling that this might be something else..... anyways, check your allocated' Virtual memory' disk has free space as this is used for temp files. Don't have VST on this pc right now & I cant remember if there is settings in Cubase to set the temp file space/location

Yeah, I'm thinking more like, Wavelab usually uses windows\temp for it's temp files, and Sonar by default uses a structure in the app's folder. I don't have VST so I can't help you with where to look, but I suspect that your applications are using temp space on the C drive, and are running out of room. Look in the help or in the manual and find out how to change those directories. Set them up to point somewhere on your D drive.

Probably not, but it was the only thing I can think of.. Wavelab ran my C drive out of space before I figured out that little tidbit of information ;)
