just leaving a nate. It's pretty exciting tho cos this new FM plugin synth reads all the classic yamaha DX presets! - those sounds are used sooooooo much from top chart hit dance crossover like Kylie's recent single (main riff organ sound) thru mario piccotto whatever clubtechno(percussive & bass & harp sounds he uses those sounds a fair bit) plus an endless stream of oldies & i hear it alot in underground trance too for again more percussive sounds & plucky harps etc. Good news!!

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

Very exciting, I will probably get one to replace my Yamaha FS1R, which is way too hard to program. FM makes a lot of sense in software. The good thing about it is it cuts through a mix very well. Great for bell sounds and general weirdness. Also DX7 choir sounds can be quite interesting.

Underworld use the DX7 extensively for bass.
