changing my set up to go portable. Wanted to get suggestions on a CHEAP way to control and record All CC's for Virus, Q, A4000, and controller keyboard with phat boy in the line. Key thing here is i want to be able to control and record all various CC's from each device accurately and through USB or similar, (eventualy getting laptop). Suggestions??? CHeers Chris

I think MOTU makes an inexpensive USB midi box...or
maybe its midiman....check it out, I think it is 2 ins/outs
for <$100....but it looks like you might need five ins incl.
the phatboy, unless you wanna start chaining, so
maybe check out the MOTU microexpress which I own
and it works nice

you can get the midiman usb 4x4 for $100 if you look around. just saw one at recycler actually!
