right. where do i put the vstis in the mac so that logic can see them?

ie - what folder

and do i need to tell logic where they are?

i have no cubase vst on my system so there is no vst plugins folder yet...

dont use mac but pc version creates a vst plugins folder inside logic's folder. I put them in there although logic seeks out plugs at install wherever they are.

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

it sounds like you are using a cracked logic, since the real logic installer creates a vstplugins folder inside the logic folder that u drop vst plugs into... including instruments., If ya bought it tho, i guess i was wrong.

sorry no crack, but you are right, it doesn't seek them out, my apologies... only those added to the vsti folder are shown.
