Wavecenter pci- only $289 at 8thstreet. ADAT i/o and SPDIF I/O. Latency as low as 3ms.

Waves PCI. I'm doing 1.5ms as the lowest in SONAR/Win98se, but typically run at 4.8.

Well, I'd already bought my M-Audio Audiophile I upgraded to Sonar. I havent tried the WDM drivers yet as I'm still on Win 98 - hope to try 2k soon though...

That is the issue. WDM works in Win98, they just don't don't develop the drivers for it like Frontier Design has. As far as i know Wavecenter pci is the only card with Win98 WDM. Hell, Win2000 is an expensive upgrade. I am going to it on my next pc, but only to use multi-processors.
