I remember seeing this software once that you could use for creating your own percussion sounds though I can't remember what it's called. Anybody else seen it??

theres also waldorf attack. not free. still rocks

(not to mention the probably hundreds of progs that yours truly knows nothing about)

roagine is wierd percussion type synth - try the demo it's really good!
