I have no doubt that if there's a rare up in the occupied territories the Corpostate will start conscription. It's a good way to reduce unemployment getting rid of all the non essential excess population don't you think?

this becomes more american by the minute.
what's weird is how this morning drudge had this headline photo of bush being chased by a cicada.
you could see the bug clearly and the president cowering like the mighty western power which we know him to be.
within 2 hours the photo was completely removed from drudge's front page....with no story remaining.
someone must've got a call.

out of 41 signers....only 4 were in any military service and i forget but 3 of em never even left their state for training...something like that.
and their entire deal is how we MUST have our men fighting wars for even the next 100 years to make american national interests safe and defend corporate freedom as we operate abroad.

as president of the united states of america and leader of the free world, i would've thought he was obligated to protocolary welcome, maybe followed by "bring me to your leader" ?

Oh yea send kids to die and continue amassing our national deficit so that we can make sure our CEOs get their $15 million year end bonuses. At this rate it won't be long before manhattan island isn't worth the $52 dollars we paid for it.
And don't forget to keep sending the message 'no to health coverage in america'.

he'll cut funding for domestic programs.
i think this is what people want to hear....we WILL pay for more death and bullets for a failed foreign policy while we take away from our current non-existent social programs.
i mean how goofy is the man...really?

hank> 2 houses down and across the street from me has flown his TEXAS flag ...proudly...defiantly...and most arrogantly just below his USA flag.. for the last 17 years i've been in my house...and having to look at it.
he's an old republican> retired ex-military and a frightfully stodgy old man in many ways. he's diehard texan obviously.
i about died today when i saw he finally pulled that TEXASS flag down.
either some mexicans threatened him for flying that thing in everyone's faces.....
which i doubt as i'm sure he feels everyday is the alamo.
or....
as a military man...he...along with much of america's citizenry that have to actually fight these wars...decided enough is enough.
bush is out of control....dishonest...power-sick...corrupt...and basically UN-AMERICAN.
not only that...george 2 has made us all less-safe-than-ever.
put it this way...it's not a good thing (for W) when someone like tom clancy comes out saying the president is dangerously out of touch with reality.
clancy aslo claims he and richard perle almost went to fists when clancy informed the little neo-con he was endangering american lives for reasons of power-lust and fantasy.
i've been wrong before but i'd say bush has no chance for a second term.
then again....i've also been dead-on.

perle was one of the main designers of that strategy.

Aside from that the number of hours in History that America has been American can be counted on one hand...
Like most things, I love the idea, but I think it's implementation has been a DISMAL failure.
Reignite the draft? Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. Might be time to send my children out of the country.
