Im working with the rebirth program and running it off the standerd(soundblaster)sound card.....Ive been thinking of getting an upgrade,but I have no clue what to look for.I dont have to much cash to work with either.my question is.....is an upgrade going to make much of a differnce in running the program,or should I save cash for somthing else......thanx!!!!!

nope... a better card may give you a noticeable sound quality improvement tho... but that'd be like maybe 125 quid to up to something cheap yet good like say a TBeach Daytona PCI card..... or up in price from there, the Maxisound Studio or the Dman cards whatever.... it may, or may not be worth it.....

Getting a new card will definately make a huge difference if your old one doesn't support DirectX/DirectSound(as long as the new one does!)...
