I have recently bought a Layla soundcard and can't seem to get anything working on it. My advanced output for the bass and treble are grey and can't change them.

I got windows98 and got the updated drivers and still nothing.

Why can't I get any sound??????

About Layla (and Gina) problems maybe these comments will help:

a)It's normal that bass and treble controllers are not selectable (gray). It's not good to rely on this kind of eq.

b)Did you turn on the rackbox BEFORE turn on the computer?
Never turn off this rackbox when working, or you'll have to reset your computer too.

c)Does the Control Panel/system/Audio hardware window shows the message "Device working properly" ? If not, you have an installation problem (IRQ, etc...)

Now MY problem:
Layla is not able to recognize the wordclock signal coming from a O3D mix. Any idea?

Thanks.
Adios.
