Can someone please help me. Every time I record an audio track through my Awe 64 into cubase, any midi signals playing at the time are recorded with it (including the click track) On top of this there is a delay automatically applied to the signal (about 800ms or so). There is also a lot of noise present in the recording. Could anyone who has had this problem and knows how to fix it let me know. It's driving me insane!!!!!!!!

hmm, Im not sure about the other problems but the delay is what you get when VST itself is monitoring playback instead of the card. They warn you about it in the documentation. Ya gotta disable monitoring (under audio...then system), and then figure out how to get your card to do it instead of VST if it's capable of it.
