2-step garage a la True Steppers. The most basic underlying structure is the interaction of kick drum on the first beat, with a snare on or about the 2nd beat. The complexity is then built up with secondary snares, hi-hats etc. The trick is to have these secondary sounds on the 32nd interval just before/after the main beat. Can't really show this on the groove template below.

some of these Q's of how to make beats and styles are just the laziest bunch of bullshit I've ever heard..
I mean shit buy a record/cd of the shit your asking about and try to emulate it if that's your fancy..It's bad enough just biting styles but shit asking for maps,midi files,and all is just plain lame as hell.. who are you people???must be the trend ryders or advert copymachine musos..are you even musically inclined at fuckin' all!!!!!!! Damn sorry for the rant
but why not just hire a real producer/musician to make the trzck for ya..it will sound better....
