1.is there any way to use the efx on the A5K as sends instead of direclty inline after the sample.
Say i have a reverb and a compressor and i want to add different amounts of these to my drums synths noises and what have u nots
is this possible?

2. i have a scsi card in my computer and i have downloaded the two editors for the A5K but none of the editors seam to support the native format of the sampler for transfer of samples. What i would like to do is transfer samples from the sample-cds that came with the sampler via my computer (should be as easy as transfering wav ?)

1) i have an a3000 but im guessing the architecture is the same (AND i use bzone editor), there is a page where you have 2 output choices for each sample...you can send one to say output 1 & 2 and the other to tthe fx you want which in turn can be sent out to another channel on your mixer...but why would you want compressor as a send effect?

2) dunno about the a4k/a5k but on the a3k you can only move yammy native samples over from a SCSi cdrom drive

i havent come across anything but some stuck notes here and there, prolly due to my midi interface...ive used the current version and the one just before; no problems...
