I'm thinking of buying one of these cards to replace my beloved Audigy MP3+. I've only seen one review of the card on the net and it's supposed to sound a lot better than the Audigy (not hard to believe). I use nearly 100% VSTi's and might record a vocal once in a blue (only when recording some Ghetto Tech or TechnoBass), so latency is my main concern. The Maya is supposed to be able to go down to 3ms, which I find incredible from a $100USD card.

Has anyone ever used these things?

nope - they did have some driver issues a while back last year.... i assume those were resolved ok.

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!
