The spoken words in the beginning (like a poem) in that tune. Who is speaking?
It's a dark, serious (little bit pretentious maybe) nice female sample.
Reminds me a little bit of Ricky Lee Jones words in The Orb's "Little Fluffy Clouds" and the words in Dave Clarke's "Storm" (though not as aggressive).
