hi smart eletronix

i use vst a lot to produce tech-house music (climax records etc)

i don't think i have ever been happy with a software reverb! though i haven't tried the really expensive ones

what i'd ask is: does yours have presets? i produce music but i don't pretend to be an engineer - to me, a good reverb is one that sounds great with the minimum of effort!

lots of variable parameters are great...but i need a load of presets to start with, which i may then modify for specific circumstances

let me know

thanks

chris s.

The freeware one does not have presets. I believe they just released a donation-ware version with a GUI and presets. I believe the minimum donation is something like $10.

Smartelectronix has their own dedicated forum on www.kvr-vst.com, which might be a good place to find out more.

I really like Ambience, btw.
