Seem to only analog output from one channel. (Output 2)

Turning the left (looking at the back of the computer) preamp adjusts the right side signal, but turning up the right preamp does nothing. (Flickers sometimes)

Another symptom is the faders do not stay put, they always fall to the bottom of the meters. The volume can be adjusted just clicking on the meter and ignoring the fader position.

This is a new board and am just trying to get it working.

Scratch the no signal from one side. (the wire that was being used was dead on the left side.) Still can't figure out the fader business on the software for the soundcard.

when you say the fader drop...?.... they are down at zero or acualy physicaly move and you see them drop?...

their site seems to be not working (or is it me?) - none of the menu links open anything

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

Yeah, when you move the fader up from the down position ( i hesitate to say zero because of unity gain zero) it will stay at that position to the count of one, then drop back down and it is visual, but not audible. When you move the fader up or down you can hear the audio increasing and decreasing in volume and it will stay at the level audibly but the fader will drop back down visually.

Same thing is happening to me with the website.

and this happens using what?... a sequencer like cubase?

um... weird... all i can think is that mebbe the windows sound mixer (found in START/PROGRAMMES/ACCESSORIES/entertainment) is turned down - The two are linked usualy.... that is the actual cards mixer applet is linked to the windows mixer... mebbe

otherwise, have you had your house checked for poltergeists?
